  • Why should I hire Jefferson City Cleaning Services?

    Along with our professional and quality cleaning services that are second to none, we have a detailed training program that each of our team members completes AFTER completing an extensive background check and drug test. We pride ourselves on reliable, trustworthy, and skilled cleaning services that aim to exceed expectations.

  • Do I need to be home for every service?

    Not at all! Most of the time, we are provided with a spare key, gate or garage code to gain entry into your home, and we’ll make sure it’s locked up and secure before our departure. Our team is licensed and insured,  we perform reliable, high quality, and trustworthy cleaning services with every visit.

  • What does "window of arrival" mean?

    When you schedule services with Jefferson City Cleaning Services, we will give you a timeframe instead of an actual time. Because of our customized, individual cleaning plans, we strive to organize our cleaning schedule in a way that doesn’t interfere with yours!

  • What do you not clean?

    While we provide custom, quality housecleaning services, we don’t typically do laundry, wash dishes, clean and sanitize toys, clean your iron, unpack or pack items during a move, or clean the inside of your fireplace.  We also do not clean kitty litter pans or animal feces.  However, we are happy to clean the inside of your stove, refrigerator, and cabinets upon request.

  • What if my schedule doesn't work?

    We understand how busy and unpredictable life can be - that's part of our founding story.  If you need to reschedule we appreciate at least a 48 hour notice or more.  This allows us to fill the spot in a timely manner.  Our employees depend on us keeping our schedule full so they have enough hours to pay their bills.

  • What if I am sick?

     We understand that sickness happens.  We don't go into homes with anyone sick, as we have to protect our employee's and our other clients.  We appreciate as much notice as possible, as we can try to fill the spot with another client.  We do not charge a cancellation fee if we are given enough notice.  

  • Is it okay if I have my pets inside during your visit?

    We love pets and are proud to be a pet-friendly company! But not all pets share the same sentiments, especially with that pesky vacuum buzzing around. If your pet firmly believes in “Stranger Danger” (which we hope to change with every visit!), we ask that you leave them outside or in a gated space to ensure our team members’ safety and your pet's safety. If you will not be home when we arrive for your cleaning services, just let us know how to appropriately clean around your furry family member.
